所有印刷品上都有黄色调。我曾尝试通过在应用程序和其他程序中打印之前更改颜色来修复，但没有任何效果。我有最新的软件。似乎很多其他人也有同样的问题。惠普的答案不起作用。我把这些交给客户的照片，但现在不是了，太尴尬了。如果我知道印花这么差，我就不会买这件商品了。在修复此重大故障之前，惠普不应该发布此产品。当然，像惠普这样的公司有知识来解决这个问题，或者投资寻找一个。不会建议任何人购买。废话！
