我在网上购买了 HP sprocket，第二天就收到了，

超级兴奋，立马试用了打印机，

但是，我注意到我所有的印刷品都是粉红色的，颜色没有对比度和褪色，

我重新插入蓝色 SmartSheet 以再次重新对齐，还是一样。

打印4张照片后，

我的照片中有非常明显的或白线！

我再次重置打印机，重新插入蓝卡并重新开始打印作业，

还是没有希望。

我已经浪费了打印机随附的 2 包新的 Hp 贴纸原纸，

这些照片看起来仍然很糟糕。

我再读一遍寻找解决方案的论坛好像有太多人面临同样的问题，

而且你的团队的回复是一样的，这真是令人失望，

我们已经完成了所有步骤，例如重新调整蓝皮书甚至重置仍然没有希望，

颜色我可以稍微调整一下但我照片中的可见线条真的很不满意，

请指教。

Welcome to the HP Forums, this is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that you are getting lined while printing on HP Sprocket. I would like to help.

This could be issue either issue with the zinc paper or with the printer itself.
Click here and follow the steps mentioned under “What can I do to improve print quality?” in the article.

It would be helpful if those that are referred to tech support for various printing issues would report back what they discovered. In this case (of white lines) it was suggested it was a “hardware issue”. Well, a lot of people seem to report this; so WHAT IS the hardware issue? Any thoughts?
