我已经重置了手机和链轮打印机，还为两者都充电并更新了手机。我的蓝牙显示它已连接到我的链轮，但是一旦我进入应用程序并单击 “添加链轮”，它就会显示正在搜索，但什么也没出现。在他们更新应用程序之前，我没遇到任何问题，我的链轮曾经连接过，但现在没有。我想打印照片，但如果我的打印机无法连接，我就无法打印照片。

TEJ1602 I am an HP EmployeeIt could be an application issue, I would suggest you uninstall the HP Sprocket App from your phone and reinstall it.
Try connecting the device and see if that helps.
