Sproket Studio 弹药筒坏了

我刚刚用我的 Sproket Studio 打印了我的第一张照片。在打印过程中，它要求我重新安装墨盒。我这样做了三遍。第三次它问我我取出了墨盒，色带坏了。现在我不知道该怎么办。我需要更换墨盒吗？破了的还能用吗？这太荒谬了。

“I removed the cartridge and the ribbon has broken”- this shows that the cartridge is completely broken and cannot be used.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region for cartridge replacement or service options on the printer.
