你好，我昨天为我的女朋友买了 Spoket 200，今天在她生日那天送给了她，但它没有连接到她的手机（Oppo R9s）。 经过几次尝试，我把它连接到我的 iPhone (8) 没问题（看起来很没问题）。经过30分钟的坚实尝试休息手机、应用程序、重新安装和重启，然后为Sproket做同样的事情，我放弃了然后去了我购买它的商店，从那里我能够将它连接到展出的几乎所有安卓手机（pixel、oppo和华为），我甚至尝试过将其连接到全新的开箱即用的 sproket 200。 没运气。
反正有人能帮忙吗，我真的希望我没有浪费我的钱。

Hi Betty, thank you for their reply, i have tried to follow the instructions as you have listed but I can’t find a network reset in that menu or the Bluetooth or wifi menus. if there anything else I can try? cheers,M

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
This definitely looks like an issue with the phone. Let’s reset your phones network settings:
Go to Settings.
Go to Backup & reset.
Now tap on the “Network settings reset” option.
Hit the “Reset Settings” button.
You will be given another warning, hit the “Reset Settings” button again.
Also, check for any software update on your phone.
