Sprocket 不会加载某些图像

我的画廊中存在的一些照片将无法加载以进行打印。

来自同一文件夹的其他图像将起作用，因此它不是文件夹故障。蓝牙已连接。报纸进来了。所有器皿都是最新的，电池已充电。

我还检查了文件大小，更大尺寸和较小尺寸的图像都起作用了，所以这也不是问题。

而且我已经把所有东西都关掉了。

这只是一个不幸的故障吗？

Welcome to HP forums, I see that your sprocket does not print some images and you have tried multiple troubleshooting steps.

Reset the sprocket device.

Make sure the printer is on.

Remove the paper cover.

Locate the Reset button.

With a paperclip or pin, press and hold the Reset button until the Charging Indicator light turns off.
The printer resets and turns off.

Replace the paper cover, and then turn on the printer.
