我已经为新的 sprocket plus 充满电，并使用了 1 批 10 张纸。我已经重新装满了，并且只有按住开按钮，sprocket plus 才会保持打开状态并打印。我已经重置了，还是一样。请帮忙。谢谢

Reset the printer-
Remove the paper cover, insert a straight pin into the access point next to the input tray, and then press the Reset button for 3 seconds. The Sprocket resets and turns off.
