链轮未连接和打印空白

几年前我买了我的链轮，从来没有遇到过问题。然后也许一周前，我用我的 sprocket 去打印，它无法打开，所以我给它充电。现在它会打开并短暂连接到我的手机，然后启动打印队列，断开连接并打印所有加载为空白的页面。

 

我已经尝试了一切，重置链轮，忘记设备并重新连接它们，使用新纸，重新加载链轮，为链轮等充电，但似乎没有任何工作。每次我连接链轮时，它都会断开连接并打印这些空白页，并且会像旋转一样继续打印 Len，直到我按下重置按钮，然后电源没有响应，它会随机打开。

 

我没有固件更新，我的 iPhone 已更新到最新的 iOS。

 

我还能做些什么吗？
