Sprocket 没有打开

我 2 小时前从百思买买了 sprocket。当我上车时，我插上电源，红灯亮了。大约 5 分钟后，我正在测试按钮并将其关闭。现在每次我插入它都没有任何反应。没有灯亮，插上电源后它会变热。我会尝试重置它，但我一开始就无法打开它

Make sure the Charging cable is firmly plugged in.
Charge the Sprocket for 40mins and then try to Power it ON.

Try Resetting the Printer and check if it works
Remove the paper cover, insert a straight pin into the access point next to the input tray, and then press the Reset button for 3 seconds. The Sprocket resets and turns off.

Turn on the Sprocket.
