Sprocket 应用程序很慢，需要一段时间才能打印

当我尝试打印时，应用冻结或不将照片发送到打印机。我检查了打印机和应用程序队列，但没有显示。

几分钟后（最多 10 分钟），打印机将开始打印，但不是我尝试过的所有照片。

我已经重置了链轮。重置我的手机。多次卸载并重新安装该应用程序。

我的手机是运行在 android 10 操作系统上的 oppo

What model sprocket are you using?
Have you tried connecting the sprocket to a different mobile device to check if the issue persists?
If you have already tried resetting the sprocket and updating/reinstalling the app and the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
