我的 Sprocket 200 没有充电。我试过恢复出厂设置、打开和关闭、卸载应用程序并使用不同的充电线。在应用程序中显示电量为 0% 电量。充电点有一个稳定的参考灯。前面的指示灯是红色的，但现在是空白的，这似乎表明了临界功率水平？应用程序有更新，但由于电量低于 25%，我无法获得更新。任何人都知道我可以尝试的其他任何事情吗？
