我刚买了一台 Sprocket 二合一，在设置好应用程序并打印图片后，我在屏幕上收到一条消息，说有固件更新可用。我下载了更新并按照屏幕上的说明安装了它。说明说，链轮完成后，将自行关闭。等了几个小时后，链轮还在开着，用电源按钮我无法将其关闭。我重置了打印机，但现在它在相机或打印机模式下都无法打开。当我插入充电器电缆时，什么也没发生。我在电脑上尝试了几种不同的电源和USB端口。我没有 LED 指示灯，打印机也无法开机。任何帮助将不胜感激。

I understand that the HP Sprocket is not charging or powering on.
This seems to be a Hardware issue with the Sprocket.
I would request you to contact out Phone Support for Service Options.
Step 1. Open link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
Step 2. Enter Product number or select to auto detect
Step 3. Scroll down to “Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options”
Step 4. Scroll down and click: HP contact options – click on Get phone number and phone number appear.
