今天早上从亚马逊买了 spracket，我把它充满了，但是打印照片时我看到罢工线，照片打印质量很差。你能帮我解决这个问题吗？还是我需要把 spracket 退回亚马逊？？

TEJ1602 I am an HP EmployeeIf you have already tried all the troubleshooting steps from this document HP Sprocket Printers – Improving Print Quality and still have issues, it could be a hardware failure.
