设置问题（Sprocket 200）

当我拿到我的链轮时，它立即连接并完美地工作到现在。当我尝试连接应用程序时，它会出现“设置问题”。我不确定这是我的设备、sprocket 还是应用程序的问题。我已尝试重置 sprocket 和手机，并尝试将其连接到另一台设备，但无法正常工作！有谁知道如何解决这一问题？

Hi,If you are using an iOS device, then can you please try the following steps: 1.Update to latest app release.2.If you still have issues with connecting to your printer, then please uninstall and reinstall the HP sprocket app. Hope this helps.
