Roopa-S I am an HP EmployeeHello Roopa! Thank you for replying. I have tried all the items suggested in the attachment; I am using HP Zink paper, the firmware is updated, checked and cleaned rollers, tried new paper, disabled Reveal, etc.I did attempt to check the warranty for this machine, but 1) I bought it 2ndhand and 2) it says it cannot find any information for my machine when I look it up by serial # and product #. Any other suggestions?

To fix the print quality issue, please try the steps suggest in the following document: Click here
If you have already tried all the steps and issue persists, please call our HP Support regarding warranty and service options.
Click on this link – http://www.hp.com/contacthp/
Select the product type.
Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
Select the country from the drop-down.
You should see the HP Support number or Chat option listed. Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
