打印问题

The troubleshooting steps in the document here may help resolve the false paper out message on your Sprocket printer. If the steps there do not resolve the issue I would suggest the following: remove the paper from the printer and set it on a flat surface.  Check if the paper is curled at the edges.  If it is then carefully roll the paper in the opposite direction to flatten it.
