帮忙我在父亲节为未婚夫买了这个，我想在把它交给他之前先测试一下，以防我不得不把它寄回去，好吧，它只是把印刷品放在提示中但没有打印出来，它会闪烁红色指示灯但不会说出错误是什么然后它会暂停提示然后回到准备打印的状态，我非常困惑请帮忙！

During a print job, the Sprocket stops feeding photo paper, the Status Indicator light turns red and blinks, and one of the following error messages can display on the HP sprocket app.

Out of Paper

Top Cover Open

Paper Jammed

Incorrect Paper Type

Kindly refer to this document for more info and how to resolve it.

If you are not able to connect the sprocket to the iOS device, perform the steps mentioned in this document.
