我的打印机正在打印粉红色的图片。我已经重置它，更新了固件，并购买了新的 ZINK Smartsheets。我总共加载了 3 张智能表，但没有任何效果。我已按照此链接上的所有说明进行操作http://hp.care/2ilvn9u还是什么都没有。

Sprocket 是全新的。

有人告诉我我只需要打电话，但从来没有得到过电话号码。

You can try fb messaging them. I did and they replied via email. it’s better than LiveChat as once the Live Chat disconnected there is no one following up.
