上周日我使用了我的链轮，没有任何问题。今天更新的应用程序今天和今天我的手机识别出我的 sprocket 并且 sprocket 应用程序弹出对话框，要求允许打印到我的 sprocket 但是然后 sprocket 应用程序有一个对话框说它正在寻找它从未找到的打印机。

I had the same issue until I unistalled and reinstalled the sprocket app. Now it works.

Yes I am having the same issue. Have tried all the ‘trouble shooting’ options and it’s still ‘looking’ for the printer even tho it’s connected in blue tooth.

I used the app yesterday, today I am experiencing the same. Any help would be great! I’ve reset the printer, my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and even tried to connect it to another device with no luck!
