HP Smart 中显示的旧打印机

HP Smart 显示了我已经没有的旧打印机（Photosmart C4700）。如果我单击 “添加打印机”，则找不到它，因此我必须单击 “设置新打印机”。我的新打印机（HP Envy 5000）被发现并且在HP Smart中，它显示墨水量等。但是当我关闭HP Smart并重新打开它时，只有旧打印机显示。
新打印机已连接到我的网络并且打印正常。
这只是在我安装了 Sky Q 之后才发生的。它与 Photosmart 所在的网络不同，我将 Envy 500 连接到新网络。

Riddle_Decipher I am an HP EmployeeI believe reinstalling HP Smart should resolve the problem.
Type HP Smart into the search bar, right-click it and select Uninstall.
Click Uninstall and allow a minute or two, the app will no longer appear.
Open the Microsoft Store app and search for HP, then reinstall HP Smart.
Now, open HP Smart and follow the steps to add the existing printer only.
