不存在的卡纸

I18n Error: Missing interpolation value "x" for "发布者 |@plgn|{{ x }} |plgn@| on |@plgn|{{ x }} |plgn@|"

我的打印机突然决定在我清除不存在的卡纸之前不会打印。我得到的唯一错误消息是清除卡纸并按确定,我不能这样做,因为开始时没有卡纸。我以无线方式访问我的打印机,但如果我尝试直接从打印机打印,仍然会收到消息。

 

请帮忙!!

    This could be a hardware issue with the unit.
     
    Hence, please contact HP phone support from this link: www.hp.com/contacthp
    You may select the country and type the product# of the unit and then follow the on-screen instructions to contact HP phone support.

  • Hi thereYes I keep getting the paper jam message but there isn’t a paper jam at all. The printer pucks up the sheet of paper as if to print then stops giving the false paper jam message.Very frustrating to say the least ☺
