我的手机已连接到我的 Sprocket，但 Sprocket 应用程序无法检测到打印机。

所以我的手机通过蓝牙连接没问题。我之前用过打印机没问题。但是现在 Sprocket App 本身好像检测不到打印机？考虑到手机已连接到它，这对我来说毫无意义，而且我过去曾使用该应用程序进行打印......
有什么想法吗？我已经尝试了基本的故障排除；我已经重启了手机，用大头针按钮重启了相机等等。我无法检查固件更新，因为应用程序无法检测到它...
Hi, If you are using an iOS device ,then can you please try the following steps:1.Update to latest app release.2.If you still have issues with connecting to your printer, then please uninstall and reinstall the HP sprocket app. Hope this helps. I had the same issue until I unistalled and reinstalled the sprocket app. Now it works.
My phone is showing up the printer but it won’t connect to it. It says there is an error. I’ve tried all the steps I’ve seen to try and fix it but it’s still not working!
I have the same issue after the software update…..
