打印机未添加到应用设备，但可以通过手机的蓝牙识别。我已经尝试重置打印机但仍然无法解决问题

Check for any updates on the iOS device
Go to Settings > General > Update the software

If the issue persists, reinstall the Sprocket app on the iOS device.
