我有一台 sproket 打印机一直工作正常。几个月后我打开了它，没问题，我手机上的应用程序要求我更新软件，我也是如此。然后应用程序在升级软件时停止工作，所以我关闭并重新打开了应用程序（没有考虑任何可能的后果！）。之后，右边的间谍变成了稳定的红色，它保持了一天，我无法打开打印机或做任何事情。间谍关闭一天后，我为打印机充满电（最后是绿色间谍），但我仍然无法打开它。我试着重置它，但没有任何改变。谢谢你的帮助

I understand that your HP Sprocket is not Powering On even though it’s charged
Try Resetting the Printer and check if it works
Turn on the printer.
Locate the reset button near the charging port.

Gently insert the straight pin into the reset button access point, and then press the reset button for 3 seconds.
The printer resets and turns off.
Turn on the printer.

Select the product type.
Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
Select the country from the drop-down.
You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
