我今天带了一个链轮来打印一些假期照片。
我已为打印机充满电，下载该应用程序并在我的手机蓝牙上找到它。
当我打开应用程序并单击打印机设置时，菜单不会打开。
我不断收到一条错误消息，告诉我有错误。有时它会尝试下载更新，然后无法完成。
不会打印任何图片 - 只是不断收到一条消息，告诉我打印机未连接到蓝牙。
我已经重置了我的手机、应用程序和打印机。
除了寄回并取回我的钱之外，我不知道还能做什么。

I understand that you are unable to pair your phone with the HP Sprocket, is that right?
Kudos to you for trying to troubleshoot the issue on your own.
Not to worry, I will be glad to assist you.
May the OS on the phone you are using and it’s version?
Recommend you install the latest version of the Sprocket app on your phone.
If possible, delete the app and reinstall it.
Try a reset as suggested in this HP Article.
