你好！我有一台 hp sprocket 照片打印机，现在已经开了一段时间红灯，我已经给它充电了一个小时然后打印了 10 张照片然后停了下来，所以我以为它没电了，所以我把它放回充电器上，但红灯一直亮着。红灯不在充电器一侧，而是在显示电源开启的一侧？有什么建议吗？谢谢
Hi my hp sprocket 200 has a steady red light. Is charged, i reset it and is still with the red light. Is that normal?

Is the red light blinking or steady on the sprocket?
The sprocket may need 90 minutes before it is completely charged and the light turns into green.

Reset the printer
On the printer, locate the pin-hole near the charging port, insert a straight pin into the hole to press the reset button until the printer turns off. Restart the printer.
