HP sprocket 不打印图像

I18n Error: Missing interpolation value "x" for "发布者 |@plgn|{{ x }} |plgn@| on |@plgn|{{ x }} |plgn@|"

HP sprocket 不打印图像。送出空白纸但没有打印图像。尝试更新固件并重置设备，但没有任何变化。有什么建议么？
