HP sprocket 一直闪烁红色

HP sprocket 突然开始闪烁红色，根本没有错误消息。队列中没有任何内容，我将其重置。没有任何效果，它不会停止闪烁红色。它已充满电，有正确的纸张并已连接……但它不会停止闪烁，它会通过蓝纸进纸，仅此而已。它不会打印任何其他内容。

If the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
