HP Sprocket 200 无法启动！

你好，我收到了 Sprocket 200 用于圣诞节，但只用过两次，现在我无法开启这个东西。我已经把它插入了充电器，这给了我一个红灯，它已经插入了大约 2-3 个小时，现在当我插上电源时，红灯亮了，但过了几分钟又熄灭了。我无法打开设备，所以它也无法连接我的 iPhone 上的蓝牙。我试过按下重置按钮，它似乎什么也没做，但我确实在网上读过，无论如何都需要打开设备才能重置它，但我无法打开它。有人有什么想法吗？

To factory reset the Sprocket 200, you need to hold the power button until LED flashes rapidly then release button and press once more to power off. Then press again to power back on.
Using a paper clip on this printer model only clears the cache.
Refer to Step 4 in this document.
If the issue persists, please contact our HP Support team for Service Options as it could be a possible hardware issue:
1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the appropriate option based on your preference.
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
