当我的 Sprocket 200 刚到货时，我设法连接并打印了它。今天早上我又打印了一遍。但是，当我今天下午尝试打印时，它无法通过蓝牙连接。
我已经卸载了应用程序，删除了蓝牙条目，然后重新安装了该应用程序，现在我什至无法通过应用程序中的设置屏幕，因为它无法通过蓝牙连接。
这个问题有什么解决办法吗？

@UKSprocketUser A warm welcome to HP Support Community!Resetting HP Sprocket, removing the HP Sprocket entry from the Bluetooth paired devices and adding a new printer using HP Sprocket app may resolve the issue. Let’s try these steps:Please ensure that iOS is up to date with its software, if you are unsure, you may use the steps available here to update iOS. 1.) On your iOS device, open Settings.2.) Touch Bluetooth, below My devices, tap on the little “i” icon on the HP Sprocket device..3.) Select Forget this Device, confirm by touching Forget Device.4.) Turn off your iOS device5.) Reset HP Sprocket, refer to step 4 from this document.6.) Turn on the iOS device.7.) Open the HP sprocket app.8.) Tap the Menu icon , tap sprocket, and then tap Manage Printers.9.) Tap Add New Printer, and then tap the name of your SprocketIf issue persists, try upgrading sprocket firmware, refer to step 5 from this document.Let me know how it goes!
