HP Sprocket 200 无法充电

你好，我有一台HP Sprocket 200，好像不能充电。我正在使用提供的充电线，并且也尝试了替代电缆，我尝试了多个壁式插座，并通过计算机上的 USB 端口充电。在所有情况下，我都看到相同的行为；红色充电指示灯亮约 10 分钟后关闭。我已将设备插入电源 10 小时，没有任何变化。一旦拔下电源，设备将无法启动。

 

我尝试用回形针按下纸盖下方的小按钮来重置设备。这似乎没有效果，该单位仍然无法开启。

 

我在应用程序中查看了固件更新，但没有看到。
