It worked! I also reloaded app and reconnected via Bluetooth. Looks like app was updated between when I tried as it appeared different.Loaded perfectly with no issues. Many thanks!
Had a similar issue. Reloading APP, pair Bluetooth, then update sprocket firmware when asked.

Please try updating your iPhone using these steps - Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If the issue still persists, un-install and re-install the HP Sprocket app, latest version from the App Store.
