我昨天刚购买了我的 HP Sprocket 并尝试打印一些照片。打印照片的颜色与我手机中的照片有很大偏差。即使我在编辑时提高照片的曝光度，颜色也往往很暗。此外，白色区域还有蓝色阴影。我可以知道该怎么做吗？我已经尝试了常见问题部分中推荐的所有内容，包括重置、重新校准、让它冷却、使用真正的 HP Zink 纸等。
我知道便携式照片打印机不能提供出色的打印质量，但这有点令人无法接受。请指教。如果需要样品，我非常乐意提供一些印刷和实际照片的照片。

I understand that you have an HP Sprocket printer. I read that the colors of the printed photos deviate from the photos from your phone. The colors tend to be very dark even when you boost the exposure of the photo when editing. In addition, there are shades of blue at the area of whites. I appreciate the steps you have performed and have certainly done a good job.
I suggest you to contact our HP phone support to explore the hardware service options because the steps mentioned under. “What can I do to improve print quality?” under FAQs should fix the issue. If not then the evidence points towards a hardware issue with the HP Sprocket.
