Android 设备无法连接

我已将 sprocket 与手机和平板电脑配对，但两个设备都无法连接。我尝试过重置 sprocket，卸载并重新安装应用程序，忘记并在两台设备上进行修复。一切都无济于事。我无法在不连接的情况下更新操作系统，所以不知道下一步该做什么。任何帮助表示赞赏。

Thanks for the suggestions, I’ve tried every itteration but it will still not connect. I suspect the Sprocket’s opperating system needs updating but I can’t seem to do this without it connecting.
