HP Sprocket 200 uygulaması indirilemiyor

Merhaba,

Samsung Galaxy Tab 3'ümü Android 4.4.4 işletim sistemine yükseltmeyi yeni bitirdim ve HP Sprocket 200 için uygulamayı indirmeye çalıştığımda cihazımın uyumlu olmadığını söyledi. Android 4.4 ile uyumlu olduğu hp özelliklerinde açıkça belirtiliyor, bu yüzden oradaki herhangi biri bana ne olduğunu söyleyebilir mi? İlgili tüm yanıtlar için şimdiden teşekkür ederiz.

    Welcome to HP support community.
     
    Update your mobile OS.

    Make sure your device is connected to Wi-Fi.
    Open Settings.
    Select About Phone.
    Tap Check for Updates. If an update is available, an Update button will appear. Tap it.
    Install. Depending on the OS, you’ll see Install Now, Reboot and install, or Install System Software. Tap it.

    Then install the HP Sprocket app again
