HP Sprocket 200, iPhone veya Pad'e bağlanamıyor

Çarşamba günü kızımın doğum günü için bir HP Sprocket satın aldım. Sprocket Uygulamasını indirmeyi başardık ancak yazıcıyı bir iPad'e veya iPhone'uma bağlayamıyoruz. Yazıcıyı yazıcıyı eşleştirmeye çalıştığımızda sürekli bir mesaj alıyoruz - baktık ve baktık ancak bir Sprocket bulamadık. Uygulamayı kaldırdınız ve birkaç kez yeniden yüklediniz. Yazıcıyı sıfırladık ama yine neşe yok. Tahmin edebileceğiniz gibi kızım çok üzüldü çünkü bu onun ana hediyelerinden biriydi ve hala tek bir baskı alamıyoruz.
