sprocket'i sprocket uygulamasına bağlarken sorun oluştu

Hem telefonumu hem de sprocket yazıcıyı sıfırladım, ikisini de şarj ettim ve telefonumu güncelledim. Bluetooth'um zincir dişlime bağlı olduğunu söylüyor ancak uygulamaya girip dişli çark ekle'yi tıkladığımda arama diyor ve hiçbir şey çıkmıyor. Uygulamalarını güncellemeden önce hiçbir sorun yaşamadım, zincir dişlim bağlıydı ve şimdi değil. Resimleri bastırmak istiyorum ama yazıcım bağlanmıyorsa bunu yapamam.

TEJ1602 I am an HP EmployeeIt could be an application issue, I would suggest you uninstall the HP Sprocket App from your phone and reinstall it.
Try connecting the device and see if that helps.
