I read about the sprocket connecting to another Blue Tooth signal. I brought it into another room and plugged it into my computer to charge it. I was able to see the HP app on my computer. And then when I tried to connect to my phone, it worked. Don’t know if it was because I changed rooms or if its because I connected it to my computer. Either way it worked.
