hp zincir dişlimle ilgili sorunlar yaşıyorum. Geçenlerde yaklaşık 2 gün önce satın aldım ve şimdi ne zaman şarj etmeye çalışsam şarj ışığı sabit kırmızı ve sonra ışık sönüyor. Sıfırlamayı ve açmayı denedim ve işe yaramayacak. Lütfen yardım et.

my sprocket 2-in-1 will not turn on and it doesn’t light up when charging. it won’t turn on how many times i try. please help i love this thing !

I did plug it in for it to charge but the red light would only stay on for about 10 minutes and then it goes off and I can’t print anything.

TEJ1602 I am an HP EmployeeDid you try to plug the sprocket for charging: Does it light then? Can you try to make it print when charging? Could possibly indicate something about the issue.
