Sprocket baskı çizgileri/çizgileri

Bu konunun tartışıldığı diğer birçok eski konu gördüm, ancak herhangi bir sonuç görmüyorum.

Sprocket'im aniden her baskıda beyaz çizgiler/çizgiler yazdırmaya başladı.

HP kılavuzu/kılavuzu viz tarafından belirtilen tüm adımları denedim. mavi renkli kağıtla kalibre etme, yazıcıyı sıfırlama, ancak şans yok.

Bellenimi en son sürüme güncelledikten sonra sorunun başladığını tahmin ediyorum (1.1.8). Bu sorun yüzünden birden fazla Zink kağıdını boşa harcadım.

Herhangi bir kesin yön kesinlikle yardımcı olacaktır.

Bellenimi düşürmenin ve temel nedenin bu olup olmadığını test etmenin bir yolu var mı?

Same problem here. Checked the solutions on this forum, which are not helpful.

There is no option to downgrade the firmware. Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - Improving Print Quality
If you have tried resetting the sprocket using the pin hole and the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
