Yeni dişli plus'ı tamamen şarj ettim ve 1 lot 10 kağıt kullandım. Yeniden doldurdum ve zincir dişlisi artı yalnızca açma düğmesini basılı tutarsam açık kalacak ve yazdıracak. Sıfırladım yine aynı. Lütfen yardım et. teşekkürler

    Reset the printer-
    Remove the paper cover, insert a straight pin into the access point next to the input tray, and then press the Reset button for 3 seconds. The Sprocket resets and turns off.

     
    If you completed the step and issue has not resolved, contact HP Customer Support.
