Sprocket yazıcı bulamıyor

Sprocket uygulamam yazıcımı bulamıyor. Sorun gidermede önerilen 5 adımı da denedim. Hiçbir şey çalışmıyor. Birkaç kez denedim.
Bluetooth'um ve konumum da etkinleştirildi. Uygulama ayrıca yazıcının eşlendiğini de gösterir. Ancak uygulamadaki cihaz listesinde yazıcımı görmüyorum. Cihazımda Bluetooth, yazıcının bağlı olduğunu gösteriyor ancak sprocket uygulaması cihazı bulamıyor diyor.
Dün her şey yolundaydı. Telefonumu ve uygulamalarımı güncelledim ve şimdi sorun yaşıyorum.
Destek hattını aradım. Neredeyse 2 saat bekletildi ve sonra biri bağlantımı kesti. Çok üzülmüştüm. Bunun bana bazı cevaplar vereceğini umuyorum.

I just had the same issue and tried doing all of the steps on hp’s site. I finally deleted the app, version date 1/20, then downloaded the app again. It worked. The new app looks completely different but it connected right away during setup. Hope you get yours to work!
