Sprocket hata mesajı (26:3D)

Herkese selam. Umarım yardımcı olabilirsiniz. Sprocket'imi seviyorum ve onu iPhone'umla eşzamanlayabiliyorum ama iPad'imle değil. Hata mesajını her senkronize etmeye çalıştığımda:

 

eşleştirme başarısız

HP Sprocket (26:3D) desteklenmez.

 

Bunun neden oluştuğuna dair herhangi bir öneriniz var mı? Gerçekten Desteklenmiyor mu?

  • Hello, Please check the printer specifications and supported mobile operating systems in the link :http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c05280005 Also make sure you disconnect your iphone from sprocket before connecting it to ipad. Hope this helps.

  • H,,what iOS version do you have on your iPad? do you make sure to UnPair the printer from your iPhone first or turn off its Bluetooth prior trying to pair it with your iPad? Shlomi
