Sprocket APP - Facebook galerisi yüklenmiyor

Son yazılım yükseltmesinin ardından Sprocket uygulamam artık facebook resimlerimi göstermiyor. Yüklemeye çalışıyor ama simge sadece dönüyor ve dönüyor. Denedim:
- Uygulamayı kaldırma ve yeniden yükleme
- Facebook'ta oturum açma ve kapatma
- Uygulama önbelleğini temizleme
Instagram'ım, Google'ım ve Galerim yükleniyor. Profil resmimi gösterdiği için Facebook'un doğru şekilde giriş yaptığını bile görebiliyorum.
Resimleri nasıl yükleyebileceğime dair başka bir fikrin var mı?

Try updating the facebook app
Make sure the phone is up to date.
Open the HP sprocket app.
Tap the Menu icon , tap sprocket, and then tap Printer Settings.
The Sprocket information screen displays.
Look for a Sprocket firmware upgrade.
If a firmware upgrade displays, tap Get Firmware Upgrade and then follow the on-screen prompts to complete the update.
If a firmware upgrade does not display, the Sprocket firmware is up-to-date.
You can now connect and send print jobs to your Sprocket and check if it works?
If the issue persists, Reset the Sprocket using the below steps.
Turn on the printer.
Locate the Reset button near the charging port.
Gently insert the straight pin into the reset button access point, and then press the Reset button for 3 seconds.
The printer resets and turns off.
Turn on the printer.
