Sprocket uygulaması yavaş ve yazdırılması biraz zaman alıyor

Yazdırmaya çalıştığımda uygulama donuyor veya fotoğrafı yazıcıya göndermiyor. Yazıcı ve uygulama kuyruğunu kontrol ettim ve görünmüyor.
Dakikalar sonra (en fazla 10 dakika) yazıcı yazdırmaya başlayacak, ancak denediğim tüm fotoğrafları değil.
Dişliyi sıfırladım. Telefonumu sıfırla. Uygulamayı birden çok kez kaldırıp yeniden yükledi.

Have you tried connecting the sprocket to a different mobile device to check if the issue persists?
If you have already tried resetting the sprocket and updating/reinstalling the app and the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
