Sprocket 200, iOS ve Android'de "Bluetooth ayarları"nda görünmüyor

Tam olarak aynı problemim var. Her şeyi denedim, ancak yeni Sprocket, Bluetooth cihazı olarak kaydedilmiyor. Her şeyi denedim. Bu ürün bir dud mu ve onunla ne yapmalıyım? Bu pahalı bir aldatmaca.
