Sprocket 100 artık telefona bağlanmıyor

Zincir dişlim iyi çalışıyordu ama şimdi telefonum ona bağlanamıyor. Sıfırladım ve Bluetooth ile unuttum ve yeniden bağlandım. Ancak telefon kurulum sırasında bir hata olduğunu söylüyor. HP Sprocket Uygulamasını yeni bir telefona yüklediğimde eşleştirmenin başarısız olduğunu ve HP Sprocket'in (46:E4) desteklenmediğini söylüyor. Uygulama güncellenmiş olmalı, ancak artık bir Sprocket 100 ile çalışmıyor. Çalışmasını sağlamanın herhangi bir yolu var mı? Telefon yazıcıyı hiçbir zaman listelemediği için bellenimi güncelleyemiyorum.

TEJ1602 I am an HP EmployeeIf you have already performed the steps from the document HP Sprocket Printers – Sprocket Does Not Connect or Print and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
