Bu gece Spocket'imi prize taktığımda tek yapacağı kırmızı ve yeşil ışıkların yanıp sönmesi. Bu forumdaki tüm önerileri araştırdım ve denedim. Hiçbir şey işe yaramadı. Bir iğne ile sıfırladım, güç düğmesini basılı tuttum, bilgisayarıma takmayı denedim, sıkışma olup olmadığını kontrol ettim, uygulamayı silip yeniden indirdim, güncellemeleri kontrol ettim. Hiçbir şey işe yaramayacak. Lütfen bu yazıcıya o kadar uzun süre sahip olmadığım ve nadiren kullandığım için yardım edin.

The solution “contact hp” doesn’t work, it just brings you back to checking the online community and online chat with an autobot. This is ridiculous, there are so many people with this issue HP and you are not helping!!!

KUMAR0307 I am an HP EmployeeThat’s unfortunate. Since you have tried all the troubleshooting steps and the issue persists, please contact our HP Support team for Service Options as it could be a possible hardware issue:
1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the appropriate option based on your preference.
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
