Yeni yazıcımda da aynı hata var. Arka kapağa dikkatlice baktığımda kameranın kapandığını bildiren bir tetikleyici olması gerektiğini düşünüyorum ama nedense işini düzgün yapmıyor.

  • I am also having the same issue with my sprocket we have tried resetting feels like cover is installed correctly but still blinking and give us the cover error message on the app

    This looks like a hardware issue.
    I am sending you a private message with the service options. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.

  • Followed these steps but it didnt make a difference, the light continues to flash red and the camera/printer still seems to think the cover is open – even though it clearly isnt.

    Welcome to HP forums, I see that you are getting “paper cover is open” error.
     
    Replace the paper cover, and then resend the print job.
