Merhaba, HP Sprocket'i yeni aldım. Yazdır'a bastığımda uygulama aracılığıyla bağlantı kurmakta sorun yaşıyorum. Bluetooth'umla bağlı olduğunu söylüyor. Ama yazdır'a bastığımda bağlı olmadığını söylüyor.
Sprocket'i sıfırlamayı, telefonumu yeniden başlatmayı ve cihazı unutmayı denedim ama hala yazdırmıyor ve bağlantısının kesildiğini söylüyor. Lütfen yardım et!

    This is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that you are getting connectivity issue with your HP Sprocket. I would like to help you resolve this issue. 
     
    Reset the printer again.

    Locate the reset button near the charging port.

    Gently insert a straight pin into the reset button access point, and then press the reset button for 3 seconds.
    The printer resets and turns off.

    Press and hold the power button until the Status Indicator light is solid and white.
    The printer is now ready to print.
